Compatible to Type 1.0/ 2.3 (IEC60169-29) Standard Has Been Developed

Amidst the expansion of ubiquitous networking, the demand for the ability to conduct telephone calls and data communication in any location continues to increase for wireless communication such as mobile phones, PHSs and wireless LANs. Carrier companies are adding and upgrading related base stations and access points together with furthering performance levels, functions, and compactness.

Under such background, demands for miniaturization and compatibility under various situations are increasing even towards the coaxial connectors used in those devices.

To meet such needs, JAE has developed the CB1 Series (right angle bulk head type receptacle), compatible with the IEC60169-29 (TYPE 1.0/ 2.3) the standard specification for miniature coaxial connectors with multiple fixed mating structure.

1:

This miniature coaxial connector conforms to IEC60169-29
(Type 1.0/ 2.3) standard.

2:

Space saving, receptacle side angle type mounting space
5.9mm x6.1mm,narrow pitch enables multiple mounting

3:

Low profile, connector height 8.2mm from board
4:

Size is equivalent to Type SMB (IEC60169-10), yet as Type SMA (IEC60169-15) mating can be fixed by screw.
5:

3 mating types are standardized for the cable side however all of the types can be mated with one type of receptacle side connector.

  -Screw type lock: 6.5mm outer dia. max., ultra compact as a screw type
  -Snap on type lock, Push-pull type lock: compatible to friction lock and mechanical perfect mating lock.
  -Slide in type: compatible to mating as interface (without lock) for devices such as rack and panel.
6:

50ohms and 70ohms are both standardized, however only 75ohms type starts mass production this time.
7: High environmental resistance, surface finishes in gold.
8: Compliant to RoHS directive
9:

A design concept based on high-accuracy simulation technology is employed to optimize impedance matching, low reflection and low loss.

Mobile phone base stations, PHS cell stations, wireless LAN access points,
wireless communication equipment, high frequency modules,
wireless power amplifiers, broadcasting equipment, measuring equipment
and RFIDs etc.
