FI-JV series connector

 

 

The global trends for mobile phones of incorporating new functions and slimming the phone size are accelerating. To slim the devices, the connectors need to be low profile. There is also growing demand for connectors to have anti-noise performance in order to accommodate the variety of functions such as digital TV reception, full browser internet access, and high-resolution cameras. To meet these demands the FI-JV Series connector, with a mating height of only 0.9mm and designed for anti-noise performance, has been developed.

  • Mated dimensions: industry´s top level, low-profile 0.9 mm height; 3.9 mm depth; 21.4 mm width (40 pos.)
  • Individual two contact structure, which is strong against twisting stress
  • Mis-mating prevention structure
  • Noise-resistance characteristic is enhanced by ground contact points not only on the sides, but also in the center of the connector
  • Applicable wire: #42, #44, and #46 AWG fine-coaxial wire
  • Receptacle is available in embossed reel compatible with automated mounting
  • Solder migration prevention structure with Nickel barrier on receptacle
