| Electro-mechanical advancements for automobiles are being implemented in the pursuit of increased safety, comfort and environment friendliness. The number of parts being used is growing along with the increasing use of electronic units to realize those improvements. For this reason, more lightweight and compact parts with easier assembly work are in demand. JAE has developed the "MX34 Single Type" Series, a compact and low pin count non-waterproof connector that is lighter, has improved board mounting workability, and is compatible with thinner fine wire compared to the existing product to meet the customer requirements for these applications. |

- 2.2mm contact pitch, compact one-row board mounting type for board-to-cable, available in straight and angle types.
- Reduces customer man-hours with improved board attachment workability due to hook pins placed on both sides of pin connector, and no screw fixing required.
- Compatible with wire of thinner cross-section area than existing product, and made lighter to meet to customers application requirements.
- Socket contact is a box type which is strong against external force.
- Double spring structured contact area, resistant to twisting and prevents deformation of spring.
- Easy harness assembly with preset-type retainer.
- Contact incomplete-insertion detection mechanism.
- Mechanical lock method with assuring click when mated, and a bridge to protect lock lever.
