Connector for Portable Devices With the Industry's Lowest Height
Ultra-thin FF07 Series FPC Connector Has Been Developed
|
|
The recent growth in the number of slim and multi-function mobiles phones has led to demand for increasingly low-profile connectors for use inside the devices.
The FF07 Series of FPC connectors has been developed to meet this market need by having the industry's lowest height.
|
|
:: Features |
| |
- 0.7mm height, the lowest FPC connector height in the industry.
3.85 mm depth, 0.3 mm pitch, ultra-thin and space saving design.
- Easy lock for FPC connection with actuator on opposite side of insertion slot.
- Actuator set in "open" position at delivery enables insertion and locking in one-action to reduce customer man-hours.
- FPC upper connection structure is strong against FPC pulling in upward direction.
- Compatible with 0.12 mm ±0.02 mm, ultra-thin FPC
- ZIF (Zero Insertion Force) structure which requires no force for insertion/removal.
- Slanted insertion is prevented by touching the FPC side tabs to the connector during insertion. Please refer to Notes.
- Bottom of the connector is covered with resin to prevent short-circuiting with the traces on board. This enables freer pattern tracing at connector bottom surface.
- Pb free and halogen free, environmentally friendly connector.
